This was stated by the president of the St. Petersburg club of the Continental Hockey League (KHL) SKA Gennady Timchenko, reports TASS. “I think that we will be guided - somewhere, at least 20 billion [rubles], or even more, this arena will cost. This is not state funding, this is a private enterprise,” Timchenko said. The Ice Palace, he said, is also planned to be used for concerts.
