The Babushkinsky Court of Moscow sentenced Andrei Mayakov, former deputy of the interregional public human rights charitable organization Committee for Civil Rights, to 4 years and 8 months in a strict regime colony in a fraud case (part 3, article 30, part 4, article 159 of the Criminal Code).
