The death toll since the beginning of the military coup in Myanmar has reached 774 people. This is reported by the Association for the Assistance of Political Prisoners (AAPP). According to the organization, 3,778 people are currently in custody, 20 people have been sentenced to death. In addition, according to AAPP, 59 people were taken hostage by security forces.
