Human rights activists report on the first known case of Monokle spyware being used to spy on anti-war activists
The FSB installed Monokle spyware on the phone of activist and programmer Kirill Parubets after his arrest in Moscow, the First Department project* reported . This is the first known case of such use of the program, human rights activists add. As told in the First Department, Parubets moved to Ukraine from Moscow before the start of the special operation, and after February 24, 2022, he helped refugees.
