An activist was detained in St. Petersburg for calls to take part in the “Russian March”
in St. Petersburg Environmental activist Dina Garina was detained . On November 3, she should choose a measure of restraint. The search in her apartment was conducted by the FSB. Garina is accused of "extremist calls" - to go to the "Russian March", which was not agreed upon in St. Petersburg.

The ex-owner of the Crimean Tatar TV channel is being persecuted for participating in the blockade of the peninsula
Lenur Islyamov, the owner of the now-closed ATR TV channel of the Crimean Tatars, has been prosecuted by the Sevastopol FSB. Under what article is still unknown. In addition, searches began today at his relatives, former employees of his TV channel, and the license of Just Bank, which he owns in Russia, was revoked. Searches are also carried out at the enterprises belonging to him. Islyamov attributes this to his participation in the Ukrainian blockade of Crimea.

The procedure for meetings with clients in pre-trial detention centers will be simplified for lawyers
to the State Duma A draft law has been submitted , which secures the right of lawyers to meet with their clients in pre-trial detention centers without the approval of the investigation - it will be enough to present a certificate and a warrant for protection. The authors of the bill were Vladimir Pligin, Chairman of the Constitutional Committee of the State Duma, and Rafael Mardanshin, a member of this committee.

Radio engineer Gennady Kravtsov recognized as a political prisoner
The Human Rights Center "Memorial" recognized as a political prisoner the radio engineer Gennady Kravtsov, who was sentenced by the Moscow City Court to 14 years in prison on a case of high treason. Kravtsov, who previously worked in the structures of the Main Intelligence Directorate, was convicted for allegedly divulging information constituting state secrets by sending a resume to a Swedish company.

Soldier sentenced to five years for participating in Hizb ut-Tahrir
A Yekaterinburg serviceman was sentenced to five years in prison for participating in the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir. He was found guilty of collaborating with a terrorist organization.
