This was stated by the participants themselves. At the same time, a source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan told the publication that no arrests of truckers were made.

Nine activists detained at rallies in support of protesting truckers were left to spend the night in the Presnensky police station - Vladimir Avramchuk, Lev Lyamshin, Vasily Nedopekin, Alexei Ulanov, Danila Alferyev, Dmitry Pavlov, Kirill Medvedev, Ivan Morozov and Yelena Sidorenkova, who is the newspaper's correspondent "Working Democracy". During the arrest, Sidorenkova showed her press card to the police, but she was detained anyway.

Three people detained at a rally in support of protesting truck drivers - Ekaterina Kibukevich, Irina Verevkina and Aleksandar Bylentsov - were released from the police station. They drew up protocols under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a public event). Nine more activists are currently in the Presnensky police station.

On November 29, police officers detained a participant in the truck driver protests, ex-deputy of the Legislative Assembly Sergei Gulyaev. This was reported by Rosbalt with reference to the coordinator of the TIGER movement, Alexander Rastorguev. “I was informed that he was detained at 12:00 in Pushkin,” he said. Gulyaev doesn’t get in touch; his phone is turned off. Previously, information appeared that the police came to Gulyaev, but he was not at home.

At the moment they are writing explanatory notes, the policemen are telling the activists that the head of the department decides on further actions.

On a series of single pickets in support of truckers protesting against the new fee for fares on federal highways and the Plato payment system, 13 people were detained. The gathering of Nizhny Novgorod truckers who intended to participate in the campaign against Moscow was cordoned off. The road is blocked by bars and KAMAZ trucks filled with sand. A special traffic police company and a fire truck arrived at the scene. An official from the administration introduced himself as a representative of the Ministry of Transport of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and also does not leave the scene.

His assistant managed to arrive at the planned meeting place for all truckers on the highway between Nizhny Novgorod and Dzerzhinsk. There were already about 40 trucks at the collection point. The cars were immediately surrounded by police officers.

On the way from Gatchina to St. Petersburg, Alexander Rastorguev, an activist from a trucker support group, was detained. He was taken to the police department of the Gatchinsky district of the Leningrad region, writes human rights activist Dinar Idrisov on Facebook. The formal reason for the detention is non-payment of an administrative fine for speeding (64 kilometers per hour). Idrisov notes that Rastorguev had not previously received a decision to pay a fine.

According to Novaya Gazeta , received from Dagestan truckers, on November 28, traffic police officers in several regions stopped empty trucks at field posts without explaining the reasons. After that, the drivers were required to show documents.
