This administrative offense presupposes an administrative arrest of up to 30 days as a maximum punishment, but due to his disability, Kapitonov was not sentenced to arrest.

The Zamoskvoretsky District Court sentenced Vasily Nedopekin, who was detained on Bolotnaya Square the night before, to five days of administrative arrest. Nedopekin was found guilty of disobeying the legal demands of police officers (under Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
