In Vladivostok, on September 3, Lilia Umarova, a supporter of the Volya party, was detained. During the detention, the activist received a print run of leaflets criticizing the law on advanced development territories in the printing house. Ten police officers came to the printing house, among them the head of the Center for Combating Extremism in the Primorsky Territory, Dmitry Kandidatov, who detained the girl, saying that she was allegedly receiving copies of extremist materials.
