On October 5, Judge Orekhova of the Tverskoy District Court fined Olga Sonina, who had earlier been detained during a solitary picket in support of Ildar Dadin, 10,000 rubles on charges of participating in an uncoordinated picket "in the amount of two people." According to Sonina, after the arrest, she was given an obligation to appear in court, but she did not receive an official summons, but came there to find out about the date of the case, since it was not on the court schedule.

Activist Roman Roslovtsev was detained on October 5 on Red Square wearing a Putin mask and holding a banner “I'm not afraid of 212.1” dedicated to the article of the Criminal Code on “repeated” violations at public events.
