Demushkin's case of inciting hatred will be heard behind closed doors
On February 15, the Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow held preliminary hearings in the case of nationalist Dmitry Demushkin, accused of inciting hatred and enmity using the Internet. As RAPSI, citing lawyer Oleg Kolesnikov, representing the interests of Demushkin, the first meeting will take place on February 22 and it will be held behind closed doors. At the preliminary hearing, the defense filed a motion to return the case to the prosecutor's office, but was rejected by the court.
