In Izhevsk and St. Petersburg, police officers copied the data of two men who came out with posters to protests in support of the residents of Kemerovo. In Izhevsk, police drew up a protocol for examining a poster with which Oleg Vasilyev, a former employee of Navalny’s local headquarters, went on a solo picket. Vasiliev reported this.
