A case was opened against a Kaliningrad anarchist because of a post about an explosion in the FSB building in Arkhangelsk
A case was opened against the Kaliningrad anarchist Vyacheslav Lukichev for publicly justifying terrorism on the Internet (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) due to the publication of a screenshot of the suicide note left by the person who carried out the explosion in the building of the Arkhangelsk FSB department. This was reported by Mediazona with reference to lawyer Maria Bonzler, who collaborates with Sitting Russia, who met with the detainee in the temporary detention facility.

An Open Russia activist was detained in Tula
