The Oktyabrsky District Court of Tomsk released the video blogger Vadim Tyumentsev ahead of schedule, who was sentenced to five years in a penal colony due to the publication of two videos on his personal page on VKontakte. This writes "TV2". Tyumentsev was released in connection with the partial decriminalization of article 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity) at his request.
