Left Resistance activist fined 150 thousand rubles for picketing on Constitution Day
The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined Left Resistance activist Kirill Kotov 150 thousand rubles for participating in a series of single pickets on Constitution Day. Movement participant Daria Polyudova reported this to OVD-Info. A copy of the court ruling is at the disposal of OVD-Info. Kotov was found guilty under Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code (repeated violation of the rules of a public event) - the court considered a series of single pickets a mass action.

A participant in a rally for free elections was detained in St. Petersburg
In St. Petersburg, the police detained a participant in a rally for free elections. This was reported in the telegram channel "Groups of assistance to detainees" and in the broadcast of the channel "Objective of Realities". The name and surname of the detainee are unknown. According to the leading channel, the young man was standing with a poster depicting Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev.

In Kazan, a member of the election commission was fined due to last year's protest against pension reform.
The Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan fined local activist Nikita Khramov ten thousand rubles for protesting against pension reform. This was announced to OVD-Info by Dmitry Egorov, a member of Open Russia. The court reclassified the charge from part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (holding an action without filing a notification) to part 5 of this article (violation of the rules of a public event).
