Dmitry Pashinov, a Lipetsk journalist for the Pravda newspaper, was arrested on May 10 on charges of insulting Andrey Pazhetnykh, a former deputy prosecutor. This was reported to OVD-Info by his wife Tatyana Pashinova. The journalist was placed in SIZO No. 1 in Lipetsk. According to Pashinova, he went on a hunger strike and demanded a polygraph examination against him, as well as against the prosecutor, whom he allegedly insulted.

In Moscow, near the presidential administration building, for at least the sixth time in a month, an officer in the dismissal of Vladimir Skubak was detained.
