In Moscow, the court fined Andrei Belkin, a member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, 15,000 rubles. It is reported by MBH Media. In April, Belkin, in the company of other Communist Party activists Konstantin Oparin and Pavel Dmitriev, brought to the Moscow City Duma a letter shaped like a coffin against electronic voting in elections. All three were detained and kept in the department for more than three hours without explaining the reasons for the detention.
