The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg dismissed the case of Yegor Kapaev, a participant in the May Day protest. This was reported to OVD-Info by his defender Ilya Tkachenko. Kapaev was accused of violating the rules of the event by the participant (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Now the case was dismissed due to the lack of corpus delicti, thanks to the recordings from surveillance cameras presented in court.

The Supreme Court of Dagestan canceled the fines for the participants of the failed "Monstration" Raisat Sirazhutdinova, Marat Ismailov, Magomed Magomedov and Iman Emkhe. The cases were remanded to the court of first instance for a new trial.
