The case of ex-member of the Open Russia council Anastasia Shevchenko went to court
The case of Anastasia Shevchenko, a former member of the federal council of Open Russia, who is accused under an article on participation in an “undesirable organization,” has gone to court. Sergei Badamshin, a lawyer for the "Pravozashchita Otkrytki", reports this. The criminal case under Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code will be considered by the Oktyabrsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don. In February, the prosecutor's office approved the indictment, the case file consists of 29 volumes.
