A protest participant was detained in Khabarovsk
Natalya Golobokova, a protester, was detained in Khabarovsk. She reported this to the OVD-Info hotline. Golobokova is charged with an article on interfering with social infrastructure and transport at an unapproved event (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of the action on September 28. The policemen are taking the detainee to OVD No. 4, and a lawyer from OVD-Info, Andrey Bityutsky, comes forward to help her.
