Why does the judge impose assigned defenders on DOXA editors and what to do about it? Lawyer Dmitry Zakhvatov says
At the hearing on December 16, Justice of the Peace Anastasia Tatarulya once again appointed lawyers to defendants in the DOXA case, Natasha Tyshkevich and Alla Gutnikova, against their will, although their lawyers, by agreement, Alexander Aldaev and Dmitry Zakhvatov were present in court. Zakhvatov, who is defending Gutnikova with the support of OVD-Info, explains why such actions of the judge violate the rights of the defendants and how he managed to get the defense counsel removed.
