On April 2, the Krasnogvardeisky District Court of St. Petersburg did not take into custody Nermina Yusufovich, a former volunteer of Navalny’s headquarters. He was released on his own recognizance. The lawyer of the accused, Sultan Ishmuratov, reported this to OVD-Info. The court considered the investigator's request to take the suspect in the rehabilitation of Nazism (Part 3 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code) into custody, but the prosecutor did not support this request.

In St. Petersburg on the morning of April 2, security forces conducted a search in the apartment of historian and tour guide Konstantin Nadein in connection with a case of telephone terrorism. This is what “Rotunda” is about.

In Adygea, the Maykop City Court found Elena Moskalenko, deputy of the local city council, first secretary of the city branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, guilty of violating the established procedure for holding a rally because of a car rally in support of the Russian armed forces. On April 2, in Volgograd, local resident Sergei Tkachev was searched in connection with a case of false mining. He himself told OVD-Info about this. The security forces came to Tkachev’s house at six in the morning. He was informed that he was in the status of a witness in the case of a false report of mining a courthouse by email (Part 2 of Article 207 of the Criminal Code). The man was shown the search warrant, but was not given a copy.

In the Leningrad Region, the Investigative Committee closed the criminal case against Vladimir Shipitsyn, a participant in a rally in support of the Crimean Tatars. This was reported to OVD-Info by human rights activist Dinar Idrisov.
