The Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg extended the term of detention in a pre-trial detention center for the defendant in the case of “fake news” about the Russian army, Evgeniy Bestuzhev, until March 14. This was reported by Sergei Podolsky, a lawyer representing his interests from OVD-Info. At the same time, Bestuzhev has serious health problems: stage 3 hypertensive chronic disease; in 2008, he suffered a myocardial infarction and heart surgery.
