The Moscow City Court approved the verdict of a criminologist from the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the case of a message about the military on Viber
On November 8, the Moscow City Court approved the verdict of Sergei Gusev, an expert at the Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the case of a message about the Russian military in a Viber chat. OVD-Info was informed about this by the press service of the court. On July 25, the Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Gusev to three years of forced labor under the article on inciting hatred (clause “a”, part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code).
