Detentions during mourning rallies for Alexei Navalny on February 16-17 - results

A case was opened against a tattoo artist from St. Petersburg for insulting the feelings of believers after a denunciation
Artist and owner of a tattoo studio from St. Petersburg, Daria Krichker, was detained at Pulkovo airport due to a denunciation, and a criminal case was opened against her for insulting the feelings of believers (Part 1 of Article 148 of the Criminal Code). The artist’s husband reported this to OVD-Info. The girl tried to fly to Yerevan, but she was detained and taken to the department for countering extremism; a preventive measure should be chosen for her in the near future.

A resident of the Khabarovsk Territory was sent to a pre-trial detention center in a criminal case of discrediting the army
The Central District Court of Khabarovsk sent Oleg Pankov, who was being prosecuted in a criminal case for discrediting the Russian army (Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code), to pre-trial detention until April 14. His son reported this to OVD-Info. On February 15, in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Pankov’s apartment was searched. During the investigation, police seized two laptops.
