Hizb ut-Tahrir defendant spends 2.5 months longer in prison due to court error
Arsen Abkhairov, convicted in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case, spent 2.5 months longer than his sentence in prison No. 2 in Yeniseysk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, due to an error in the court's explanation. This was reported by Krymskaya Solidarnost. The clarification in the verdict of the Southern District Military Court stated that Abkhairov would be in prison from November 30, not November 3. As a result, there were discrepancies between the court and the prison.
