A VGTRK journalist in Birobidzhan, convicted in the case of calls for terrorism, was transferred to a colony
Theatrical figure and journalist of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company of the Jewish Autonomous Region Sergei Kornilevsky was transferred to IK-13 in Nizhny Tagil (Sverdlovsk Region). This was reported to OVD-Info by male acquaintances who corresponded with him. In the colony, Kornilevsky was registered as a person “prone to agitation and other anti-state things.” The man was assigned to work in the production of cabinet furniture.

Blogger Daria Bogdanova was arrested in absentia in the case of calls for terrorism
The Izmailovsky District Court of Moscow arrested in absentia blogger Daria Bogdanova, known under the nickname “Ashes of Klaas,” who is accused of calling for terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by Mediazona, which drew attention to the meeting card on the website of the Moscow courts. A Crimean Tatar woman was sentenced to not report a crime due to correspondence on VKontakte.
The Supreme Court of annexed Crimea approved a fine of 50 thousand rubles to the Crimean Tatar Emina Zekeryaeva in the case of non-reporting (Article 205.6 of the Criminal Code). Crimean Solidarity reports this. The girl’s lawyer, Emil Kurbedinov, pointed out “a huge number of gross violations in the court of first instance,” but the appeal court ignored them. Zekeryaeva did not admit guilt and stated that she did not agree with the decision of the courts of first and second instance.

Sentenced to 16 years in prison for a 22-year-old Ufa resident Danil Khakimov was transferred from IK-2 in Yekaterinburg to IK-13 in Nizhny Tagil. His mother reported this to OVD-Info. According to her, Khakimov was in the Sverdlovsk colony until the end of August, and in September he was brought to Nizhny Tagil. The family learned about the transfer to another colony from the wife of the young man’s cellmate.
