On December 24, a criminal case was opened against a resident of Khanty-Mansiysk, Valery Ledkov, for financing an extremist organization due to a donation from FBK. This was announced by the man’s lawyer Pavel Rusakov. Ledkov is charged with transferring 300 rubles to FBK after recognizing the organization as “extremist.” On December 28, the Khanty-Mansiysk City Court placed the man under house arrest.

The court has seized the real estate of rapper Alisher Morgenstern, who is being prosecuted under a criminal article for evading the duties of a “foreign agent” (Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code). The seizure was imposed on a plot of land and a house in Istra, Moscow region, as well as one residential building and three non-residential premises.

On January 17, the Leninsky District Court of Orenburg dismissed the criminal case of local resident Vadim Guzachev (Sevastyanov), accused of disseminating “fakes” about the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code), due to the expiration of the deadline for bringing to justice.
