The case of discrediting the army against a resident of the Ugra was terminated due to the expiration of the statute of limitations
The Kondinsky District Court of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug terminated the criminal case against the 70-year-old resident of the city of URAI Vladimir Lomovtsev on re-discrediting the army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). Attention to this was drawn by the ATS-Info. The decision was made due to the expiration of the statute of limitations of prosecution. The case against Lomovtsev went to court in December 2024.
