In the center of St. Petersburg, the fences were again noticed. Photos of fences, which, presumably, stand on Nevsky from the last protest campaign, was published by journalist Fedor Bykov. Eyewitnesses also report that the fences are still standing on Palace Square, a narrow passage was left for people. There are also police and traffic police cars. Last weekend, Petersburgers complained that the center was blocked due to a non-existent rally-including communal equipment.
