Medvedev: before the court’s decision, not a single official has the right to comment on the “Khodorkovsky case”
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, who today summarizes the results of the outgoing year, said that not a single government official, including the president, has the right to express his position for any criminal case before a court decision. “Neither the President, nor any other official in the public service, has the right to express his position on this case or in some other case until the sentencing-either the conviction or justifying,” Medvedev said.
