On the year, June 9, in the 85th year of his life, the former chairman of the Constitutional Court of Russia (KS), ex-Suda of the European Court of Human Rights, Vladimir Tumanov, died, according to the website of the KS. Vladimir Alexandrovich Tumanov was born on October 20, 1926 in the city of Kropotkin of the Krasnodar Territory. In 1948 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Institute of Foreign Trade of the USSR Ministry of Arbitration and Trade. In 1948-1959 he worked at Intourist.
