At the press conference that he gave on Monday evening, together with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte Putin, announced that Gays enjoy all the same rights as the rest of the citizens, occupy various posts and make a career. “I, as the president, consider it my duty to defend their rights,” Putin said.
