In the Rostov region, an emergency regime was introduced in connection with frosts, a squall wind and heavy snow, Interfax reports with reference to the regional vice-governor Sergey Gorban. According to him, snowfalls intensified in the region, the wind reaches 20 meters per second, and the air temperature dropped to 30 degrees of frost. At least for three days, almost 800 schools and 28 institutions of primary and secondary entities will not work in the region.
