Chechen children are sick
Oleg Kusov, Ingushetia: Tens of thousands of Chechen children live on the territory of Ingushetia today. Most of them, along with their parents, live in tent camps of refugees. “There are no more healthy children among Chechen children,” a pediatrician tells me a tent town in the city of Karabulag Larisa Khaysumova. In winter, everyone was ill with acute colds, influenza, dysentery, and tuberculosis.
