The risk of the use of nuclear weapons in the world has reached the highest level since the Cold War. This is stated in the report Stockholm International Institute for Research Problems (Sipri). The situation, as stated at the institute, is aggravated by exacerbation of nuclear rhetoric from the states of the so -called nuclear club, which includes Russia, the USA, Great Britain, France, China, India, Pakistan, Israel and the DPRK.
