Russia, DPRK, China, Myanmar, Iran and Venezuela were on the list of countries with an increased risk of unlawful detention of US citizens, common by the State Department. The list was prepared as part of the execution of the Presidential Decree Joe Biden on the prevention of such detentions and response actions in connection with them.
