Sanctions compliance: Western banks can play a key role in controlling the supply of dual-use goods to Russia
Sanctions control over the supply of dual-use goods to Russia should become preventive, and the main role in its implementation should belong to financial organizations, primarily financial organizations of the Western coalition, that is, carried out “at the exit”. The supply of dual-use goods to Russia does not stop and, in price terms, has reached the same level as was observed in the supply of these groups of goods before the war.
