Total surveillance and cyberie accelerate the mass transition to the HTTPS protocol
According to the conclusions of researchers from the Citizen Lab organization, in Egypt, Syria and Turkey, DPI technology was used to install malicious software on the device of users in order to carry out surveillance of them. Last week, researchers from Citizen Lab found that the Packetlogic devices from Sandvine were used to capture unencrypted users' supports. This case is another good demonstration of the importance of encrypting network using the HTTPS protocol.
