In introducing a new definition of “national project” into the political lexicon, the authorities also remembered education. This circumstance cannot but rejoice. As at all times, public education has been and remains the basis of statehood as such, and educated people are the basis of civil society.

The author of the following text is a university teacher of humanitarian disciplines. He, respectively, has no medical education. Due to life circumstances, however, in recent years he had to return to hospitals repeatedly, and he had some impressions of them, echoing with each other. This text is a brief analysis of these impressions carried out from a certain angle of view - by the one that is marked in the title that requires, perhaps, some explanations .

The Ukrainian side constantly operates on such formidable terms as “revolution” and “war”, which washed away by which it is impossible to understand, without imprisoning them in quotes. In fact, in the "gas war" there is as much warlike as the revolutionary in the "orange revolution".

While the famous Mr. Mitvol is noisily fighting with the inhabitants of coastal villages, attracting excessive attention to these demarches, parliamentarians almost approved the Water Code of the Russian Federation in the second reading . "Orange" is inconceivable without nationalism. Without it, the masses cannot be lifted to anything. It never occurred to anyone now to “protect democracy” (as in 1991) or to fight the “anti-people regime” (as in 1993). Everyone, or almost everyone, it was pretty boring. But nationalist slogans can give the masses a certain impulse. They may, of course, do not give, but without them you certainly will not go anywhere. But who, these same slogans, will throw them into a pliable crowd? Liberals?
