For more than a week now, Moscow residents have been complaining about large-scale interruptions in mobile communications and the Internet. Residents of the Southern Administrative District were the first to report outages, then the Central. Now information about problems with the Internet is coming from all 12 districts, in some of them the authorities are blocking home networks and mobile communications.
