For the first time, the principle of diasporic existence manifested itself at the turn of the transition from the ancient world to the new era, and in two directions at once. The first diaspora was the dispersion of the Jews after the destruction of the Second Temple in Jerusalem by the Romans (AD 73). The Jews expelled from Palestine partly settled in the Mediterranean, partly they were pushed back to the expanses of Eurasia towards the Volga region and Central Asia.

The peculiarities of the nature of religion and the secular state are such that contradictions between them are inevitable, just as inevitably they are reflected in legislation. A secular state proceeds from a liberal system of values, it puts a person with his rights and freedoms at the center of legislation, and in this system the right of religious communities is only a derivative of human rights to have religious beliefs and freedom to act in accordance with them.

The state religious expertise was introduced relatively recently, only five years ago - by historical standards, a very modest period for holding anniversary celebrations. Nevertheless, this is a noticeable phenomenon in the social and spiritual-religious life of modern Russia, since it is most directly connected with the implementation of one of the fundamental constitutional guarantees for freedom of conscience.

One often hears that the name "religious journalism" is absurd.

Method Problem

In the Russian Federation, there are a huge number of various human rights organizations created to provide legal assistance to citizens and organizations, protect their rights and legitimate interests. This includes a variety of organizations - from small groups to large public associations, movements and foundations. These organizations, emerging at the initiative of the public, traditionally belong to the institutions of civil society.

Any space of active politics implies the presence in it of mythological systems within which, in fact, politics is carried out.
