Anti-fascists and activists of the group "Ataka" were beaten in Izhevsk
On February 23, 2004, about ten members of the Izhevsk anarchist organization "Ataka" staged a picket with the slogan: "Putin's choice - the second term of the war in Chechnya!" on the Central square of Izhevsk, opposite the house of the government of the Udmurt Republic. Approximately 15-20 minutes after the start of the picket, two police officers approached the participants and demanded to disperse, because the picket was unauthorized. The picketers dispersed.
