An Armenian citizen was killed in the Moscow region
On March 20, 2004, near the village of Barki, Odintsovo district, Moscow region, a group of skinheads aged 16-17 killed an Armenian citizen motivated by ethnic hatred. Teenagers beat a man to death and scrawled a fascist swastika on his back with a key. Teenagers identified themselves as members of the informal youth organization "Skinhead". Young people did not work and did not study, devoting themselves entirely to the "struggle" with the natives of the Caucasus.
