The court did not see “national hatred” in the case of beating of rabbis
On July 21, 2005, the Ostankinsky District Court of Moscow delivered a verdict in the case of the beating of two rabbis in January 2005 to two skinheads - Dmitry Rozanov, born in 1983. (sentenced to 4 years in a penal colony) and Andrey Maksin, born in 1986. (1.5 years in a colony-settlement). The court found the teenagers guilty of assault and causing moderate injuries, but refused to recognize national hatred as one of the motives.

In Khabarovsk, a sentence was passed under Article 282 of the Criminal Code
On July 20, 2005, the trial of Rem Latypov, the leader of the Khabarovsk regional branch of the National Bolshevik Party (NBP), ended in Khabarovsk. The Central District Court of Khabarovsk sentenced Latypov to one year of imprisonment conditionally with a probationary period of 2 years for distributing nationalist printed materials (in June 2003 - the newspaper "Limonka" and in October 2003 - leaflets "Crush the system" and newspapers " Nation").
