In Primorye, a skinhead was convicted of murder motivated by “national hatred”
On August 31, 2005, the Primorsky Regional Court convicted 19-year-old Ivan Nazarenko . A young man belonging to a local skinhead group was sentenced to 13 years in prison for the murder on September 4, 2004 of North Korean citizen Kim Sung-su, committed "motivated by national and racial hatred" (Article 105, paragraph "l" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ). In addition, the court ordered Nazarenko to pay 200,000 rubles to the victim's relatives.
