The case against an NBP activist in Komsomolsk-on-Amur
On December 6, 2005, it became known that Vladimir Stavolosov, an activist of the National Bolshevik Party in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, had been prosecuted under Art. 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("insulting a representative of power"). V. Stavolosov, summoned by the summons, came to the prosecutor's office, where he learned that the case against him was initiated at the request of police captain Kirinchuk, who claims that Stavolosov had used obscene language towards him.
