The circulation of "New Wheels" has been delayed
On March 8, 2006, the circulation of the newspaper Novye Kolyolas, printed in the Republic of Lithuania, was detained in the Kaliningrad region. During the clarification of the circumstances of the incident, an OMON officer hit the founder of the newspaper, a deputy of the regional Duma, Igor Rudnikov. I. Rudnikov received a contusion of the anterior wall of the abdominal cavity. On March 9, 2006, the prosecutor's office announced the beginning of an investigation into the incident.
