A trial in the case of a nationalist organized crime group has begun in Belgorod
On June 6, 2006, a trial began in Belgorod in the case of the organized criminal group "Belgorod National Corps" (BNC), 11 members of which are accused of brutally beating a Roma family motivated by national hatred. Recall that as a result of the attack on August 25, 2005, 39-year-old Ivan Nikolaenko, his wife, were beaten with rebar, as well as their son Leonid, who was stabbed in the neck. BNC operated in the region for about three years.
