The term of arrest for the accused in the case of bombing the Grozny-Moscow train has been extended
On August 7, 2006, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation upheld the decision of the Moscow Regional Court, which extended until December 12, 2006, the period of arrest of two defendants in the case of blowing up the Grozny-Moscow passenger train on June 12, 2005. The complaint of the defense, which asked to change the measure of restraint for the client to any one not related to the arrest, was rejected.
