The Moscow City Court refused to allow human rights activists to initiate a case against anti-Semites
On October 30, 2006, the Moscow City Court dismissed the cassation appeal of Yevgeny Ikhlov, the leader of the movement "For Human Rights", against the decision of the Basmanny District Court of August 18, 2006, refusing to satisfy the claim on the unlawfulness of the actions of the Basmanny Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office of the capital, which repeatedly refused to initiate criminal proceedings against the human rights activist.
